The style was reminiscent of acts such as Ophthalamia, as opposed to the more traditional \u0026amp; conventional style of black metal which was sweeping Europe at the time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e'Serenades In Blood Minor' was originally released on Avantgarde Music in 1994 \u0026amp; showcased refined musicianship as well as an eclectic mix of influences, whilst incorporating elements of progressive music into the compositions to give a rich texture throughout (members went on to form the more prog rock based act, Julia Dream).
