Basaltic Plateau is a sonic experiment blending psychedelic fascinations with stoner and the abrasive distortion of noise. Originally conceived as an instrumental project, the band emerges as a spiritual successor to the alternative scene of the '90s, delivering a hypnotic and visionary live experience. Maurizio Cau's noisy guitars and cosmic synths, Marco Serra's monolithic bass riffs, and Roberto Loscerbo's psychedelic grooves pull the listener into a state of sound-induced trance, an inward journey through echoes of extinct dinosaurs and lysergic landscapes.
